Supply of Manpower Services - Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Period: 01 January 2026 - 31 December 2026
Option to Extend: 01 January 2027 - 31 December 2027

⏱️ Working Hours
  • Mon-Thu: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (0.5 hr lunch break)
  • Fri: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (0.5 hr lunch break)
  • Schedule may be adjusted based on college needs
  • No work on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

Scope of Services

Reception Duties
  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in enquiries
  • Assist unwell students
  • ️ Provide administrative support to internal & external stakeholders
  • Maintain tidiness & cleanliness of reception area

General Administration
  • Manage loan & return of college attire and blazers
  • Notify students for collection of certificates/awards
  • Send reminders to students as required
  • Update name labels for teachers' pigeon holes
  • Manage borrowing/returning of keys
  • Count, sort, pack and distribute college materials
  • Ensure reception tray forms are updated and current
  • ✏️ Replenish staff stationery (markers, dusters, etc.)
  • Provide support for school events
  • Perform other duties assigned by the college

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualification
  • GCE "N" Level or equivalent

Preferred Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in receptionist, admin or customer-fronting roles
