Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome customers and visitors to the clinic.

• Manage customers appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our booking system.

• Register new customers and update existing customers information accurately.

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries.

• Process payments for services and products.

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth outlets operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Requirements:

• Mandarin / English excellent communication and interpersonal skills , to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.

• Proficient in basic computer skills and office software.

• Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customers satisfaction.
