Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning and development of clinical services to the expectations of patients, and in alignment with its business and financial objectives
• Resolve operational, IT and administrative issues and manage customers' feedback
• Timely and successful implementation of new services/workflows and improvement initiatives in department.
• Provide guidance and directions in management, planning, coordinating and executing strategies and workplans.
• Provide renal counselling and case management for early and advanced chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients
• Oversee Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) claims for newly initiated PD patients.
• Orientate and induct new staff, and facilitate the development of their skillsets and competencies

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in healthcare or service industry preferred
• Degree in any discipline
• Strong team-player, good analytical and organization skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, unchartered territory, enjoy challenges and problem solving.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and Power Point
