Our company is looking for candidates who are willing to contribute and grow together.

Work Place : Ang Mo Kio Techplace II (from December 2025)

Job Responsibilities :

Office & HR Support :
  1. Handle all incoming calls and enquiry
  2. Daily order delivery schedule planning
  3. Prepare sales quotation, Delivery Order, Sales Order
  4. Office maintenance (supplies, inventory, cleanliness, wellness)
  5. Liaise with forwarders on shipment, stock inventory
  6. Involve in month-end stock take
  7. Handle all incoming emails, documentation and filing
  8. Maintain customers records
  9. Assist in marketing collaterals, etc..
  10. In-charge of office staff attendance, discipline, leave application, etc.

Accounts Support :
  1. Prepare daily sales invoicing
  2. Handle daily accounting operations (AP/AR)
  3. Assist in month-end closing, sales report, cashflow, bank recon, financial report, budget
  4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  5. Follow up closely on ageing reports and chase for payment regularly (must be reduce by 70% per week)

Requirements :
  1. Min "A"/Diploma in Business Admin/Accounting discipline
  2. Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience as Office/Admin/Accounts Assistant
  3. Must be fast learner and willing to ask if unsure of the job nature
  4. Mature in handling confidential informations/documents
  5. Must possess full of initiative and independency in work
  6. Prefer to have supervision experience to handle staff behaviour
  7. Bilingual in communications and good telephone manner
  8. Well verse in office software, MS Team, Outlook, MS office, etc..
