Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage cash handling, inventory control, and daily sales reporting
  • Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times
  • Support management in marketing activities and business development initiatives

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or entertainment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
