Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out as well as other Guest Service related duties.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Housekeeping and Facilities team to ensure on the overall quality of guest experience.
  • Assist with any guest's requests promptly and address their feedback or concerns professionally.
  • Perform any related tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements
  • Previous internship experience in a hotel or attained qualifications related to Hospitality will be an advantage.
  • Service-oriented and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Passion to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
  • Flexible to perform rotating shifts, including overnight shifts and on Weekends/Public Holidays.
