Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
  • Assisting in the preparation of court documents and bundles and service of documents
  • Calendaring
  • Opening new client's files, including preparation of Letter of Engagement, Warrant to Act and emails to client.
  • Assist with preparation of legal documents, including searches, e-file etc

Requirements
  • Prior secretarial and legal support experience in a law firm will be useful, but not necessary
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Organised, thorough and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work ASAP
  • Full-time onsite arrangement
