Our mission is to deliver great value and service to our customers, both online and offline. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily order processing, including printing orders, preparing packing lists, and coordinating shipments.
  • Liaise with courier partners for pickup, delivery, and tracking to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and suppliers for restocking and inventory updates.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare purchase orders, delivery notes, and basic reports.
  • Perform general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the operations team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 'O' Level.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, or Lazada) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
  • Chinese speaking will be an advantage
