Operation Management
- Assist the Lounge Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day lounge operations to deliver high level of service for guests consistently and ensure quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
- Support management in implementing new operational initiatives
- Ensure team's delivery of guest services to ensure adherence to organisational standards and procedures
- Ensure the achievement of guest service quality standards and departmental revenue & profit goals
- Briefing and updating staffs on current events and programmes such as new admission instructions, partnerships and procedures.
- Manage inventories and resources to ensure optimal stock levels, cost efficiency and smooth operational flow
- Allocate work assignments to team members efficiently
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve lounge operation efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Generate and implement innovative strategies to increase lounge revenue through service enhancements, product offerings and customer engagement initiative
