Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the outlet
• Supervise front-of-house team and ensure excellent customer service
• Assist to train new staff and maintain SOP standards
• Handle cashiering, closing reports and daily sales reconciliation
• Manage reservations, customer feedback and seating flow
• Support inventory management, stock check and ordering
• Ensure hygiene standards and safe practices are upheld
• Lead shift operations independently when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in F&B operations, preferably local food cuisine
• Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to work weekends and shift hours
• Positive attitude, reliable and enjoys serving customers
• Able to communicate well (English / Mandarin a plus for Chinese food environment)

Salary Range: $3000- $4,000 (based on experience)
Work Hours: 5.5 / 6 day work week (rota shift)
