Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue delivery orders or sales invoices based on customers' requests.

• Manage scheduling daily delivery orders with Lalamove and Grab Driver.

• Support day-to-day office operations including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

• Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Job Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
