Job Description
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll ensure a seamless and positive experience. You'll manage the front desk, provide outstanding customer service, and support our trainers in administrative matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with clients and potential members.
• Handle membership inquiries, payments, and records accurately.
• Schedule appointments and assist with admin and reporting tasks.
• Follow up on billing and client success matters.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Passion for fitness and wellness (experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
