Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin department.
- Maintain and update HR records in the database system.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and coordinating necessary training.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events and activities.
- Maintain and update records for employee benefits, such as medical insurance, leave balances, etc.
- Computation of workers' payroll.
- Manage applications and renewals of workers' work passes.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
- Good knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass matters is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of initiative and attention to detail.
