Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin department.
  • Maintain and update HR records in the database system.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and coordinating necessary training.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events and activities.
  • Maintain and update records for employee benefits, such as medical insurance, leave balances, etc.
  • Computation of workers' payroll.
  • Manage applications and renewals of workers' work passes.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
  • Good knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass matters is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail.
