Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling general office administration - filing, correspondence, document preparation and record keeping
  • Provide admin support to engineering team - tracking documentation
  • Support procurement by liaising with suppliers and preparing purchase orders
  • Support basic finance tasks - petty cash, expense claims, invoice processing
  • Assist HR function with staff attendance and leave records

Requirements :
  • Diploma and minimum 3 year related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command in written and spoken English
