The Singapore Association of Convention & Exhibition Organisers & Suppliers (SACEOS) is the national trade association for Singapore's Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. We have over 45 years of proven dedication to serving the MICE industry in Singapore.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager, Membership Engagementto strengthen SACEOS' relationship with its members and partners. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for members, drive membership growth and retention, and lead engagement initiatives that deliver value to the community.

Key Responsibilities

Member Relations & Enquiries

• Serve as the main point of contact for all membership-related enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience with SACEOS.

Membership Recruitment & Retention

• Support new member acquisition and achieve membership growth targets.
• Implement initiatives to strengthen member retention and ensure timely membership renewals.

Member Engagement & Events

• Conceptualise, plan and execute member engagement activities such as Member Connect sessions and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Recruit participants for overseas trade missions, coordinate mission programmes and business matching activities.

Sponsorship & Partnerships

• Support sponsorship and partnership efforts for SACEOS flagship events such as the Singapore MICE Forum, including prospecting, outreach, proposal development and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to support strategic initiatives

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, industry partners, government agencies and other stakeholders to deliver membership programmes and events effectively.
• Represent SACEOS professionally at industry functions and member-facing engagements.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in membership, stakeholder engagement, marketing or business development, preferably in a trade association or MICE-related environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events and engagement activities.
• A proactive, results-oriented individual with good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with the MICE industry will be an advantage.
