• Participate in the full SDLC life cycle of regional front-office systems.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, managing enhancement requests from initial discussion to deployment.
• Collaborate with internal technology partners, including infrastructure, application support, and security teams, to identify root causes and resolve system issues effectively.
• Support regional users and contribute to operational stability, including potential participation in early-shift or rotational support schedules once trained.

skills and requirements

• Min 5 years' experience. Preferably in investment banking, securities trading, or capital markets domain
• Knowledge of sell-side cash equity brokerage business
• Experience to work on equity OMS (order management system) and EMS (execution management system)
• Experience to handle FIX protocol
• Skilled in C#, .NET/Python/Java, Oracle and SQL
