Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for HR and Admin department as required.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE A/O level or Local Polytechnic Diploma.
  • Meticulous and well-organised, able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of personal information.
  • Fresh graduate may also apply.
