Your Role

As the first face our clients meet, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Handle appointment bookings and scheduling via phone or WhatsApp
• Manage clinic front-desk operations and payments
• Support clinic administration and daily operations
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and trainers for smooth client flow
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Prior experience in clinic, spa, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, organized, and service-oriented personality
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Calendar, or clinic management software
• Able to work on half-day on Saturdays
