Compensation:
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) provided.

We are currently looking for Admin Assistant who plays a crucial role in supporting the HR & Admin team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR & Admin activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR & Admin team, including data entry, filing, and managing documentation
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings, service bookings, and inspections
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing office supplies, printing, scanning, mailing, and etc.
  • Coordinate servicing and delivery schedules
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting internal/external clients when required
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:-

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • Speaking of Mandarin and Reading Chinese is required to deal with clients and visitors
