Job Summary
Support the planning and implementation of healthcare redevelopment projects that strengthen clinical capacity and service delivery, working closely with senior leaders and project stakeholders across multiple sites.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the procurement of consultancy and construction packages in line with institutional standards
• Review project schedules, method statements, material submissions and work permits
• Support the development and implementation of project governance processes and documentation
• Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure adherence to quality, cost and timeline requirements
• Prepare communication materials and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities
• Provide regular project updates on progress, milestones and potential risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct feasibility studies and planning discussions
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support project and departmental goals

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Architecture/ Building/ Engineering/ Project Management or related studies
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a proven track record in healthcare infrastructure projects
• Strong technical knowledge and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and SketchUp will be an advantage
• Good team player with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various functions
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
