Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare quotation, job sheet, invoice & checklist for customer
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Provide administrative support to Project Team
  • Handling and manage of email
  • To monitor and follow up project-related submission
  • To consolidate service reports/checklists and keep proper records
  • Ensure proper documents of all records
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum "O" level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum Two years of related working experience
