We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Team Supervisor to manage and lead our cleaning staff, ensuring all cleaning services meet company standards and client expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to enforce safety and quality standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to the company's plans and standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and plans based on site conditions and operational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cleaning team and the quality of services provided.
• Enforce strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and cleaning protocols.
• Organize and conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's professional skills and service quality.
• Conduct routine safety inspections of cleaning areas, promptly report issues, and address potential hazards.
• Implement and maintain internal safety measures to prevent accidents, disciplinary issues, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Perform cleaning duties as required within the scope of the role.
• Respond to any additional requests or tasks assigned by clients or management.
