Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative functions in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and familiar with construction-related accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle accounts receivables/payables, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
✅ Assist in progress claims, variation orders, and project cost tracking
✅ Prepare GST submissions, CPF calculations, and payroll processing
✅ Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing
✅ Support procurement, supplier management, and inventory tracking
✅ Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and safety records
✅ Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies
✅ Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in construction or related industries preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero)
Knowledge of BCA guidelines, MOM regulations, and industry-related compliance is a plus
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
