Job Responsibilities:
  • On-the-job training will be provided for all company systems, forms, procedures, and product knowledge.
  • No prior experience in aircon industry is required, but willingness to learn is essential.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers and suppliers.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation, servicing, and repair appointments.
  • Update customers on service status, delivery times, and technician ETA.
  • Prepare quotations, job sheets, invoices, and receipts using Excel or company software.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Manage daily office operations and clerical tasks (filing, printing, scanning).
  • Assist with procurement of materials (e.g., aircon units, spare parts).
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams (sales, technicians)
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements:
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to speak and write basic English to liaise with customers and technicians.
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service attitude.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Good at multi-tasking and handling fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to learn about aircon products and services.
  • Only Singaporean preferred.
  • 5-day work week
