Requirements:
- 协助处理公司日常办公事务,包括访客接待,文件整理,会议安排等。
- 负责收集,整理,归档公司各类行政文件。
- 处理出差机票酒店预定,协助安排相关人员的行程和住宿。
- 负责管理新加坡办公室的基础办公事项,包括水电,电话,网络,扫描复印一体机租赁等申请管理工作。
- 负责前台相关事务,包括电话接听,信息传达,用电管理,访客登记,快递收发,名片印刷等。
- 熟悉新加坡公司人力资源相关事务,如个税申报,CPF缴纳,EP办理,补充福利等。
- 上级交代的其他事项。
要求:
- 新加坡公民或者PR
- 熟悉办公软件,Excel,Word,PPT,Outlook等,Degree以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验。
- 中英文沟通顺畅流利。
- 能够独立完成工作,多任务处理。
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling the company's daily office affairs, including visitor reception, document organization, meeting arrangements, etc.
- Be responsible for collecting, organizing, and archiving various administrative documents of the company.
- Handle the reservation of business trip air tickets and hotels, and assist in arranging the travel and accommodation of relevant personnel.
- Be responsible for managing the basic office matters of the Singapore office, including the application and management of utilities (water and electricity), telephone, network, and the lease of multifunctional printers (scanning, copying, etc.).
- Be responsible for front - desk related affairs, including answering phone calls, conveying information, power consumption management, visitor registration, express delivery receipt and dispatch, business card printing, etc.
- Be familiar with the human resources - related affairs of Singaporean companies, such as individual income tax filing, CPF (Central Provident Fund) contribution, Employment Pass (EP) processing, supplementary benefits, etc.
- Other ad-hoc job assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a bachelor's degree or higher, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English communication.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
