Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform administrative duties such as report for meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Period:

• 6 months contract

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• up to $2,900 + 0.5 months completion bonus

Location:

• Geylang Bahru

Requirements:

• Applicants need to possess at least a diploma
• Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
