Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Handle all administrative matters and provide day-to-day office support
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with financial records
- Assist in HR-related matters such as documentation and coordination
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers for administrative and logistics needs
- Assist in social media postings and simple content updates
- Perform general administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
- Ensure smooth office operations and support management as required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / O Levels or ITE qualification
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive mindset
- Dynamic team player with good communication skills
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work in office
- Must be Singapore Citizen.
