Role Summary

Lead dynamic engineering team managing complete design processes for heat exchangers and pressure vessels from concept to fabrication. Combine technical expertise in thermal-hydraulic design and mechanical code compliance with team supervision responsibilities.

Key Duties

• Lead and mentor team of thermal and mechanical design engineers, allocate tasks and monitor project milestones
• Conduct technical reviews, serve as primary client contact during design reviews and specification compliance
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and provide detailed project status reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 5+ years experience in thermal & mechanical design of heat exchangers & pressure vessels
• Minimum 2 years in lead or supervisory engineering roles with software proficiency in HTRI, Aspen EDR, PVELite, Autopipe-Vessel
• Deep understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, pressure vessel design codes (TEMA, ASME VIII, API 660) with exceptional leadership and communication skills
