Primary responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, invoicing and record keeping.
  • Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the office and business operations.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to converse fluently in Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-Player

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours - 5 Days. (Monday-Friday 0830hrs to 1730hrs)
