You will provide administrative support to our accounting team, assisting with various tasks including data entry, report generation, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and ordering office supplies.
  • Perform data entry tasks such as entering financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Follow up with customers for payments promptly.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned.


Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills
