Admin Assistant (Accounts Department)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the accounts/finance team.
• Perform daily reconciliation of payments received with operational reports, bank, and credit card statements across all outlets.
• Handle monthly reconciliation of mobile payments, credit card transactions, and MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) calculations..
• Assists with general finance-related administrative tasks.
Job Requirement:
• Possess basic Excel skills
• Possessing certificates in Accounting is a plus
