Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Document Controller to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Document Controller
• Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and ensure the ongoing accuracy of the central document management repository for all project-related files.
• Execute the filing, storage, and timely retrieval of documentation to support project efficiency.
• Administer the formal process for issuing, tracking, and revising documents in strict compliance with internal protocols and project specifications.
• Facilitate the controlled distribution of documentation to relevant internal and external project participants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for all document transmittals and submissions.
• Provide dedicated support to project leadership and team members regarding document access, status, and compliance matters.
• Uphold and enforce protocols for version control, confidentiality, and quality assurance of all documents.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
• Proficient in with EDMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
