Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Support
• Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor accounts.
• Verify invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and support financial control processes.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and related records.
Administrative Support
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform general office and administrative duties.
• Provide support for daily operational activities.
• Assist in scheduling and coordination tasks as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge to use QuickBooks is a plus.
• Basic ability to operate computer.
• Able to communicate in basic English (spoken and written).
• Good organisational skills, attention to details, and ability to multitask.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
