Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Prepare submission documents such as submission forms and submit applications via Corenet 2 and/or Corenet X.
- Download approvals and update the project team on a daily basis.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and management team.
- Cover Receptionist duties during her absence.
- Other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1-2 years of related experience will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, responsibility and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
