Responsibilities:
  • Prepare submission documents such as submission forms and submit applications via Corenet 2 and/or Corenet X.
  • Download approvals and update the project team on a daily basis.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and management team.
  • Cover Receptionist duties during her absence.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1-2 years of related experience will be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, responsibility and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
