We're Hiring: Assistant Manager, Fleet Management, MHE/VNA

• Located in West (on-site at Benoi)
• Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30
• Basic + Mobile + Transport Allowances + Bonuses
• Work with advanced material handling equipment, VNA systems, and innovative warehouse automation solutions
• Partner closely with Sales, customers, principals, and vendors, shaping product roadmaps and introducing practical modifications that improve operations.

What you'll do:

• Support Sales and Leasing Managers on special projects (e.g., VNA design and equipment modifications), ensuring feasibility and successful deployment.
• Provide product solution expertise to Sales and customers; translate needs into practical configurations and workflows.
• Create proposals including timelines, risk assessments, design workflows, and technical modification details.
• Collaborate with the Principal to validate feasibility, develop new solutions, and ensure deployment quality.
• Manage rental fleet maintenance cost and utilisation, performing analysis to initiate disposal decisions when appropriate.
• Identify product development priorities and communicate them across the organisation.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the company.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related discipline.
• 2+ years' relevant experience, ideally in Material Handling Equipment and warehouse logistics.
• Understanding of warehouse optimisation preferred (layouts, flows, slotting, MHE selection).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, organised, and calm under pressure; proactive in issue identification and resolution.

How you'll succeed:

• Scope management: Fleet management, project analysis, solutioning with principals and vendors.
• Schedule management: Build timelines with clear milestones through to delivery.
• Cost management: Track maintenance and project costs, forecast expenditures, and enforce cost controls.
• Lead complete project lifecycles from concept to delivery while managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships
