RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Day-to-day financial transactions and operations
  • Manage full sets of accounts, including providing guidance for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements and accounts schedules
  • Timely reporting to management on the performance of assets
  • Ensure accounts and budgets are prepared in accordance to accounting standards and GST regulations
  • Ensure fixed asset list
  • Prepare monthly GST Return
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit
  • Liaise with tax agents for timely tax compliance filing and queries from IRAS
  • Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Accountancy with at least 6 years' experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel, familiarity with Yardi system is preferred
  • Experience in handling real estate and property leasing accounts preferred
  • Experience in handling hospitality or F&B accounts are preferred
  • Self-motivated, committed and takes initiatives on the job
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
