RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
- Day-to-day financial transactions and operations
- Manage full sets of accounts, including providing guidance for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements and accounts schedules
- Timely reporting to management on the performance of assets
- Ensure accounts and budgets are prepared in accordance to accounting standards and GST regulations
- Ensure fixed asset list
- Prepare monthly GST Return
- Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit
- Liaise with tax agents for timely tax compliance filing and queries from IRAS
- Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 6 years' experience in handling full set of accounts
- Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel, familiarity with Yardi system is preferred
- Experience in handling real estate and property leasing accounts preferred
- Experience in handling hospitality or F&B accounts are preferred
- Self-motivated, committed and takes initiatives on the job
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
