Requirements
- Must have prior pet shop or vet clinic experience to handle and work with large amount of dogs
- Need to have basic grooming skill
Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and Talking with customers to select a grooming package
- Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
- Resolving customer problems as needed
- Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
- Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
- Assist in selling retail products & packages
- Handle and take care of dogs and cats
- Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned
