You'll handle enquiries and drive enrollments, ensuring families receive exceptional service while contributing to the success of multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Be the friendly point of contact for parents and students (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins).
• Share the scoop on our programmes, values, and what makes our swim academy special.
• Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Help families sign up and get excited to start their swim journey!
• Keep things running smoothly with admin support - trial bookings, payments and registrations.
• Team up with us to grow enrolment and spread the word about our swim academy.
