Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor thermal & mechanical design engineers
• Allocate engineering tasks and monitor project progress
• Coordinate with project, procurement, QA/QC, and fabrication teams
• Review client specifications and ensure compliance with standards
• Act as main technical contact during design reviews
• Support proposal and estimation teams with technical inputs
• Drive improvements in design processes and tools
• Track deliverables and report to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years' experience in thermal & mechanical design (heat exchangers / pressure vessels)
• At least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role
• Proficient in HTRI, Aspen EDR, PVElite, Autopipe-Vessel
• Strong knowledge of TEMA, ASME VIII, API 660
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
