Job Responsibilities

• Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.

• Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.

• Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

• To do records of PPE distribution and do regular stock checks

. Apply and maintain records of employees safety courses and relevant passes.

. Source and register mandatory safety passes for employees.

. Any other ah hoc duties as per instructed by direct superior.

Job Requirements

• Able to start work with short notice

• Can speak and write basic English

• Attentive with a positive work attitude

. Willingness to learn and pro-active attitide
