Key Responsibilities

Verify patient billing for all OT (Operating Theatre) cases and ensure accurate and timely invoicing for consignment items.

Maintain and update contracts related to OT implants and consumables (e.g. pricing, PO dates, item codes).

Monitor consignment stock utilization and coordinate restocking as needed.

Organize meetings and events, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and catering arrangements.

Handle purchasing and requisition processes, from supplier quotations to invoice submission.

Provide onboarding/offboarding support for clinicians and departmental staff.

Manage incoming/outgoing mail and internal communications.

Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document handling.

Respond to phone enquiries and relay messages accurately.
- Take on ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
