Working Location: 78 Airport Boulevard, Singapore 819666

Working Hours: 5-day work week | 7.30am to 11.30pm (Rotating Shifts) | Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle restaurant operations.
  • Lead and guide a team of Servers / Kitchen.
  • Handle preparation and ensure high quality and company standards.
  • Provide an excellent service experience to all customers/and provide training to all staff.
  • Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
  • Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Guide and monitor the work performance of all staff.
  • Handle and manage all sales figures, including FL Cost /Sales.
  • Report directly to Japanese directors.


Key Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Quality-driven, Can-do attitude and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
