Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT-Yio Chu Kang & Ang Mo Kio) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
Front desk duties
• Attend telephone and walk-in inquiries from students, parents, vendors, visitors, customers etc and where appropriate, direct them to the relevant departments/staff-in-charge for follow-up.
• Attend all incoming mail and distribute them to the relevant staff.
• Issue keys to students and staff.
• Organize and upkeep the updated copies of administrative documents, and distribute them to relevant teachers and/or students when necessary.
• Issue relevant forms and documents to staff as and when requested.
• Attend to students in the sick bay.
• Maintain student injury logbooks and follow up with staff and parents in according with safety SOPs.
• Contact parents of students who are unwell or students who are dismissed early.
• Retrieve and update daily staff attendance reports from school system.
• Maintain a time-off logbook for all staff and check that time-off applications are duly approved.
• Attend loss-and-found cases and maintain proper records.
Administrative support duties
• File procurement and payment documents for all departments, and check that they are duly signed.
• Upkeep payment record files and check that all payment vouchers are accounted for.
• Check monthly ad hoc bus booking records and tally with vendor's billing report. Follow up with vendors and school staff on discrepancies.
• Assist with temperature taking exercise for staff and other ad hoc school exercises.
Job Requirements:
• Basic computing skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Organized, meticulous and has good interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in front desk and administration duties

Contract Period: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Working Hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
