Job Title: Admin Assistant (3 month Contract) (ID4729)
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary : $2600-$2800
Admin Assistant (Hotel)
• Key in event orders, room sales orders, and related documents
• Provide administrative support to Sales & Events team
• Handle calls, emails, and booking inquiries
• Prepare reports and maintain proper filing
• Assist with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
• Relevant experience in Admin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Location: City Hall
