Admin Assistant cum Receptionist

⏳ Duration & Working Hours
  • Contract Period: 2 Jan 2026 - 31 Dec 2026
  • Option to Extend: Up to 1 additional year at the Authority's discretion
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM (includes 45-min lunch break)
  • Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

️ Scope of Services

1️⃣ Customer Service at Front Desk
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously ☎️
  • Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries
  • Apply customer service etiquette (empathy, active listening, friendly communication)

2️⃣ Caring for Students
  • Attend to students in the sickbay
  • Administer first aid when required
  • Contact parents when necessary
  • Coordinate early dismissal of students

3️⃣ Administrative Support
  • Perform data entry and record keeping ️
  • Receive goods delivered and coordinate with relevant staff
  • Assist General Office staff with school events
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the school

Qualification, Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
  • ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations) or ESS Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5

Experience:
  • At least 3 years in administrative duties
  • Prior experience in a school environment preferred


Company Experience:
  • At least 3 years providing similar services to schools ✅
