Job Responsibilities:

1. Project & Development Management

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of R&D and deployment projects.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on technical and delivery milestones.

2. Product Go-To-Market (GTM)

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for DSSC products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Support capability demonstrations and exhibitions (e.g., IMDEX, Singapore Airshow).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and feedback loops.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead cross functional team that consists of engineers and developers in robotics and AI domains.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration across software, automation, and data analytics functions.

4. Process & Quality Assurance

• Implement and monitor SOPs, configuration/change control, and release management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and cybersecurity policies.

• 1 year contract (renewable)

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $6,500

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of software integration, AI/ML workflows, and automation systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
• 5+ years in project management, preferably in robotics, AI, or software development. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
