- Setup of counter prior to opening and closing of counter at the end of the day
- Greet and welcome visitors and manage visitor queue
- Verify guest has a genuine meeting prior to registering entry into Building
- Liaise with security and concierge team for the registration of guests and handling of difficult guests
- Point of contact to internal staff on public enquiries
- Manage logistics such as putting out umbrella/umbrella sleeves during wet weather and replenish stationery
- Process pre-registration and liaise with requestors on the collection of v-passes
- Record any L1 incident in shared drive
- Daily records of v-passes
- Setup and closing of counter
- Ensure directory panels and meeting room booking panels are in working condition
- Direct visitors to meeting rooms
- Attend to meeting room users' requests
- Conduct meeting rooms checks to ensure cleanliness and facilities (AV & Equipment and lighting) are functioning
- Upkeep incident log and liaise with FM/ITD to rectify rooms facilities
- Address "Lost and Found" enquiries and upkeep records
- Manage equipment for loan (whiteboard, remote control, tablet, VGA & HDMI cables, adapter, Chairs/tables, and portable projector)
- Replenish stationery and update stocks
- Transact carpark documentation (return / collect decal)
- Record daily meeting room bookings and incidents
- Manage pedestal key logbook
- Assist escort team in receiving guests, whenever required
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks, whenever assigned
Period:
- 2 years contract
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 6pm (as rostered by the team)
Salary:
- Up to $2,800 + CB
Location:
- Geylang Bahru
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent
- Experience in front desk/customer service and/or office administration
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant disposition and meticulous
- Independent and works as a team
