Admin Assistant (Permanent Part-Time) - Paya Lebar

Suitable for mothers returning to the workforce:  Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day
(8am – 1pm | 8.30am – 1.30pm | 9am – 2pm)

  • Manage office supplies and logistics (stationery, pantry, name cards, office equipment, office maintenance including cleaners’ contracts, aircon servicing, fire extinguisher renewal, etc.)
  • Handle incoming phone calls, correspondence (letters, packages, emails), and receive walk-in visitors
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders, managing office petty cash and maintaining records
  • Assist with employee onboarding processes
  • Post job advertisements and support basic recruitment administration
  • Coordinate and organize staff welfare activities (e.g., monthly birthday celebrations, annual dinner, festive events)
  • Manage product registration and renewal with HSA when required
  • Handle insurance-related matters (group hospitalization, personal accident, public liability, etc.)
  • Arrange travel for Directors, employees and guests (air tickets, hotels, etc.) as necessary
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certification / NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Prior experience in HR administrative support will be an advantage
  • Highly organized, meticulous and customer service oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with HSA product regulation guidelines will be an added advantage
