Job Scope:

Admin Assistant

• Handle and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing correspondences.
• Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
• Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Inventory Planner

• Develop, review, and manage inventory plans to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels in each department to meet customer demand while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Analyse historical sales data and market trends to forecast and predict future demand.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support forecasting, product launches, and promotional planning.
• Work with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient flow of products.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory planning and supply chain processes.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate with Admin / Inventory Planner experience will have added advantages
• Relevant study in Business admin / Logistics & Supply Chain will have added advantages.
