Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare Sales order, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO).
  • Update records and documents in the system.
  • Coordinate orders with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Check and ensure accuracy in all invoices, DOs, and POs.
  • Process documents and orders on time.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel / Words / Outlook)
  • Autocount Software
  • Willing to learn
  • Attentive to details
